Shipping policy

  1. SHIPPING 
    The shipping charges are applicable based on the volumetric weight of the products. These are calculated at the time of checkout

    We ship furniture to most major cities in India. 

  2. DELIVERY TIME
    Furniture items and lifestyle goods may take up to 3 weeks to deliver if in stock, and 4-5 weeks to deliver if under production. 

  3. ORDER TRACKING 
    We ship through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped. Goods need to be signed for, upon delivery. 

    Once the order has been placed, onebytwo will send an order confirmation email that will include tracking information. You will be contacted, at the next stage with further information.
